I buy these printers for use in homes or in small businesses that don't need color or a high volume. They are cheap and cheerful and if you buy a more expensive HP brand name cartridge then this machine will last years without service. They are solid reliable printers and HP has always been a formidable name to add to the office environment. I wouldn't consider any other brand on both quality of output and ease of use. - by S.D.H.
